01 What do I receive when I join?
A curated kit (2–4 activewear pieces depending on tier), your unique discount code and tracking link, login to your private rep dashboard, and onboarding instructions — usually within 5–7 working days.
02 When does my order ship?
Most kits ship within 48 hours of order. Free worldwide shipping, with tracked delivery in 5–10 days depending on region.
03 Do I need a large following?
No — we accept ambassadors of all sizes. What matters is engagement and the way you talk about training. Many of our top earners had under 5K followers when they joined.
04 How does commission work?
Every order placed via your code or link earns you 10–20% (depending on tier). Cookie attribution lasts 30 days. Payouts are sent on the 15th of each month with no minimum.
05 Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Premium or Exclusive at any time — we prorate the difference and ship you the additional pieces in your next drop window.
06 What happens after I purchase?
You’ll receive an onboarding email within 24 hours with your dashboard login. Your code is active immediately and your kit ships within 48 hours.
07 Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract. You can step back at any time — your code stays active for any returning customers within their 30-day attribution window, and we’ll pay out any pending commission.
08 Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. Currently active ambassadors in 34 countries across UK, EU, North America, Australia, GCC and South Asia.
09 How are commissions paid out?
Bank transfer (UK/EU) or PayPal (rest of world). Both options have zero fees from our side. We handle the invoicing and tax paperwork on your behalf.
